Gentle Hand Washing is Highly Recommended:

• Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scrub brushes, or scouring pads, as these can scratch the printed design.

Avoid Extreme Temperatures:

• Microwave Use: While the ceramic material is generally microwave-safe, prolonged or frequent microwave use may cause the design to fade over time. We recommend limiting microwave use to short warming intervals.
• Oven Use: Do not place your sublimated mug in an oven. The high heat can damage the sublimation print.
• Extreme Temperature Changes: Avoid sudden and extreme temperature changes, such as taking a cold mug and immediately filling it with boiling water, as this could potentially cause the ceramic to crack.

General Care:

• Handle your mug with care to avoid chips and cracks.
• Avoid prolonged soaking in water. Wash and dry promptly after use.
