Care Instructions

• Hand Washing is Highly Recommended: While some tumblers may be advertised as dishwasher safe, hand washing is the best way to preserve the vibrancy and longevity of the design. The high heat and harsh detergents in dishwashers can gradually cause fading or damage to the print.  
• Use a Mild Dish Soap and a Soft Sponge or Cloth: Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scrub brushes, or scouring pads, as these can scratch the printed design.  
• Do Not Soak for Extended Periods: Prolonged soaking can potentially allow water to seep into any seals or affect the adhesive of any additional components (like rubber bases).
• Dry Thoroughly: After washing, ensure the tumbler is completely dry before storing.  
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, chlorine-based cleaners, or other harsh chemicals on the design.

Special Notes

• Microwave Use: Sublimated stainless steel tumblers are NOT microwave safe. Placing metal in a microwave can cause sparks and damage to the appliance and the tumbler.
• Freezer Use: While the tumbler itself may withstand freezing temperatures, it's generally not recommended to freeze liquids inside, as the expansion of the liquid could damage the tumbler or cause leaks.
• Dropping: While durable, dropping a sublimated tumbler, especially a stainless steel one, can still lead to dents or scratches, which are not covered by the sublimation process.
• Exposure to Extreme Heat: Avoid leaving your tumbler in direct sunlight or in a hot car for extended periods, as this could potentially affect the vibrancy of the design over a long time.
• Design Placement: Be aware that the sublimation process involves heat and pressure, and while efforts are made for perfect alignment, slight variations in design placement can occur. This is normal and part of the unique nature of the process.
• Color Accuracy: Colors may vary slightly across different screens and due to dye lot variations.
